Bought the i40 for my olypmus camera. It comes with the flash. flash diffuser. flash stand, bag to hold flash and accessories and a hook. I had previously bought this but for other cameras. It is light weight. Recharging time between flashes might be slower than the bigger ones. But it is lighter and more compact and has a decent flash guide number. I think it is fairly reliable and doesn’t break down as much since I haven’t attempted to repair it yet. The dial to adjust the flash is too light often u will unintensionally move it
