Actually I had this issue for sometime already. When I am connected to singtel wifi or suntec wifi quite often I have this problem of playing my final fantasy awakening / ff awakening, stating that it has bad connection. But bigo seems to be working fine which means there is internet, the solution is to disconnect the wifi then seems to be able to connect.
