Thirdly I still can’t seem to find the cebu pacific itinerary in my email either. Maybe they used some special name or it was in my junk mail. I could only see my previous booking in my email.

Fourthly it is at terminal 4. Which is a terminal with no sky trail and you need to use bus to reach from the other terminals. It seems that the shopping at terminal 4 is smaller than the rest of the terminals as well.
