Tried new ramen stall at harborfront

Special chasu ramen plus 2 egg plus normal chasu plus aburi belly.

normal chasu. I couldn’t take up the special chasu it was breaking apart while I am trying to pick it up.

The special chasu is more like the the one u use the burner to go over its round and a little blacker.

The special chasu but the edges already breaking apart. It tastes drier then the normal chasu. I seem to like the normal chasu more.

Overall we think the food is so so.
