Hot. Rice is fluffy. Uses short grain rice like what the Japanese usually use. But doesn’t taste so the same? Or do I just think too much. The bread crumbs are on the katsu Don is crispy. Surprising to its outlook it is pretty good? Consider its price it is pretty good. The katsu meat was thick enough it doesn’t feel like a too cheap a knock off.
