Using singtel dash and posb/dbs bank account with digital token (17-12-18)

Recently I just changed to using digital token from dbs because they seem to be retiring the physical token? So after that I had some problems with topping up my account using the digital token. I was in the dash app while the notification came out and everytime I clicked on the notification the verification page wouldn’t show up.

What you can do is submitting the request from dash to top up your account before the notification from the app to verify comes out faster switch to the dbs app.

The easier way is to use 2 phones or through the website
