Bought a lot of software that in the end didn’t use them. Namely CRM and SRM( customer relationship and supplier relationship management). I think it is important to identify the workflow in which you use the system and then see if the software fits the workflow. I see quite a few CRM out there they seem focus on leads and sales opportunity. As we do not really have salesman and coldcalls and track for leads so for my side I am looking more of a customer and supplier score card. Staff key in noteable entries about the customer or supplier then give a + or – score to it.
