Just had a request from my customer that their staff wanted a shortcut which would open goalmanager/infinilogy but their default browser was already something else. Went to search around the internet found a few leads had to try and test out and this was what I have found. Right click your browser shortcut. Like firefox or IE or chrome. Send to desktop(create shortcut)

In target

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” http://url

After that rename shortcut it should work
