Frankly i think phone number or just the full ic number would do as default password. Really I think that trying to combine the last 5 characters plus your date of birth is difficult for your mind to process. You probably have to type it and then copy paste the last 5 digit of your ic and then your birthdate together. Makes you want to not read the statement at all =/
