Been sick the past 2 days. Been sleeping a lot but getting up and then going back to sleep again. *inserts disclaimer here. I have been reading online which Says that it is due to the body being too exhausted. I suppose it can also be the muscle tension. I think the reasoning that I always have seems valid the part you are stretching or massaging if you don’t feel the aching it probably isn’t very effective. Like when they say, no pain to gain. I suppose some of the ways to do this can be stretching excerises. Yoga. Lying belly on the bed. Pinching your neck, cheek bone areas.
