My friend gave the kare kare a fail.

Before you add the chilli it is a little light saltish

After you add the chilli to the soup it is spicy.

meat seems a little but its like shredded duck texture? Even though its beef. Its not tough. Also maybe they cut the meat into small enough portions you feel that it is enough to go around?

I think its just normal.
