The meat is a little spicy? Maybe pepper? Also a little saltish? The texture of the meat is pretty alright. This is an addon the standard bowl only comes with 1 piece of charsiu. The charsiu is pretty alright.

The egg seems alittle overcooked. It seems a little bitter. The egg seems definitely a fail.
